Handle the complete PR-to-PO procurement cycle for plant requirements.

Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs), obtain quotations, compare commercial/technical offers and negotiate with vendors.

Procure engineering materials, maintenance spares, laboratory chemicals, stationery and housekeeping consumables.

Source and develop suitable vendors based on quality, price, delivery, payment terms and service capability.

Prepare and follow up for Purchase Orders (POs) approval in SAP MM.

Follow up with vendors for order confirmation, material dispatch and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with Stores, Maintenance, Engineering, Production, QA/QC, Accounts and other user departments to ensure timely material availability.

Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement according to production and maintenance priorities.

Maintain vendor communication and coordinate regarding pending orders, delayed supplies, quality issues and payment-related constraints.





Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for vendor payment and outstanding-payment-related issues affecting material supply.

Assist in vendor creation/onboarding and maintain vendor-related documentation.

Monitor inventory/stock availability through SAP and support timely replenishment.

Analyze previous purchase rates and vendor quotations to support cost-effective procurement decisions.

Participate in vendor negotiations, rate finalization and commercial evaluation.

Prepare comparative statements / bid analysis and support L1/L2/L3 vendor evaluation.

Coordinate urgent/breakdown procurement to minimize plant downtime.

Ensure procurement is carried out according to company procedures, specifications and required documentation.

Maintain procurement records, PO status, pending-order follow-ups and vendor correspondence.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
