Role Description The Public Relations Intern role at Alphabet Media is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The intern will support day-to-day PR activities, including drafting press releases, media notes, and basic communication materials under guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities include conducting research on industry trends and client sectors, maintaining media lists and databases, and tracking coverage and campaign performance.



The intern will assist in coordinating with media, influencers, and partners for outreach, events, and announcements, and help prepare briefing documents, reports, and presentations. This role offers hands-on experience in executing PR campaigns, learning structured processes, and contributing to strategic communications for diverse clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Public Relations and Media Relations to support outreach, engagement, and relationship-building with journalists and influencers.
- Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Strategic Communications to help craft clear, accurate, and audience-focused messages and campaign materials.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication, to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as coursework or a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include research, attention to detail, time management, basic digital and social media literacy, and proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools.
