Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with robust experience in Salesforce test automation using Provar . The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated and manual test suites for Salesforce applications. Prior exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud will be a strong advantage. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with an understanding of QA best practices within Agile delivery environments.

Role and responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Provar for Salesforce applications (Sales, Service, Experience, and Health Cloud).
- Analyze business requirements and user stories to derive comprehensive test cases and automation scripts .
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple Salesforce environments.
- Validate configurations, workflows, and customizations within Salesforce Health Cloud (e.g., Patient 360, Care Plans, Provider data).
- Collaborate closely with developers, admins, and business analysts for early defect detection and resolution.
- Maintain automation frameworks,



update reusable components, and ensure CI/CD integration with tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps .
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and test execution reports .

Technical skills requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on Salesforce applications.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Provar automation (test design, execution, and maintenance).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Experience in SOQL/SOSL queries, API testing (Postman, RestAssured), and test data setup.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint-based QA delivery.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud (preferred) — understanding patient data models, provider networks, and clinical workflows.

Nice-to-have skills

- Good to have basic knowledge Pharma/Life Sciences.
