About the Role

We're hiring a Proposal Engineer to prepare technically and commercially accurate proposals for industrial automation and electrical systems — working closely with customers, OEMs, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to convert enquiries into orders.

If you understand Motors, VFDs/AC Drives, PLC/SCADA, Control Panels, and Industrial Electrical Products, and can translate customer requirements into a complete techno-commercial solution, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

? Study customer enquiries, RFQs, BOQs, tender documents and clarify technical requirements

? Prepare detailed technical & commercial quotations, BOQ/BOM, and product selections (Motors, VFDs, PLC, HMI, SCADA, MCC/PCC/LT Panels, Instrumentation)

? Prepare technical documentation — offers, compliance sheets, SLDs,



scope of supply/work, deviations

? Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for pricing, delivery, and technical clarification

? Study and respond to government, PSU, and private-sector tenders

? Support order execution and resolve technical queries during project delivery

? Liaise directly with customers on technical and commercial follow-ups

What We're Looking For

✅ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering

✅ Strong grasp of Industrial Automation, Electrical Systems, and Panel/Drive products

✅ Ability to read electrical drawings and technical datasheets

✅ Confident with MS Excel and MS Word for BOQ/BOM and proposal work

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills

✅ Exposure to Yaskawa, Siemens, Schneider, Omron, L&T; or similar brands is a plus
