Property Manager / PG Warden

Be the person who keeps the property running smoothly and makes sure our residents feel at home.

We are looking for a smart, confident, sharp, and people-oriented Property Manager / PG Warden who can take complete ownership of the day-to-day functioning of our PG/Co-living property.

This is a hands-on management role where you will interact with students, resolve their concerns, coordinate with the caretaker and support staff, monitor the property, and ensure that everything is running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Be the main point of contact for students/residents and understand their day-to-day concerns.
- Handle and resolve complaints related to rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, food, and other facilities.
- Regularly check the property and make sure rooms, common areas, washrooms, kitchen, and facilities are properly maintained.
- Supervise and coordinate with the caretaker, housekeeping, security, maintenance staff, and vendors.
- Make sure the caretaker and support staff are performing their responsibilities properly.
- Identify problems proactively instead of waiting for students to complain.
- Coordinate with the management team for major issues, repairs, emergencies, and property requirements.
- Maintain discipline and ensure that residents follow property rules and guidelines.
- Keep track of complaints, maintenance requirements, incidents, and other significant property updates.




- Handle urgent situations calmly and take quick, sensible decisions when required.
- Maintain a positive relationship with students while ensuring professional boundaries and property standards.

You should be someone who can talk confidently with students, handle difficult situations, solve problems quickly, and take ownership without needing to be told about every small thing.

You should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and working independently.

Experience That Will Give You an Edge

Experience in PG, Hostel, Co-living, Student Accommodation, Hotel, Facility Management, or Property Management will be an added advantage.

Experience in handling students/residents, caretakers, housekeeping teams, maintenance staff, or vendors will be highly preferred.
