Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Promoter to represent ESTRIP at retail outlets. The role will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, communicating their key benefits and driving product sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and demonstrate ESTRIP products to customers at retail outlets.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, usage and key USPs.
- Engage customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Drive product trials, conversions and achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays, visibility and merchandising at the outlet.
- Ensure adequate stock availability and coordinate with store staff for replenishment.
- Build positive relationships with store staff and outlet management.
- Observe competitor products, pricing, promotions and customer preferences.
- Support in-store promotions, product demonstrations and other sales activities.




- Maintain daily sales and activity reports and share market/customer feedback with the reporting manager.
- Ensure professional conduct and solid brand representation at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, store promotion, FMCG or modern trade preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Excellent customer interaction and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented, target-driven and proactive approach.
- Basic understanding of retail sales and merchandising.
- Good command of Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, punctuality and skilled appearance.
- Willingness to work at assigned retail outlets and engage actively with customers.

- Achievement of daily/monthly sales targets.
- Customer engagement and product demonstrations.
- Product trials and conversion into sales.
- Effective product visibility and merchandising.
- Timely reporting and market feedback.
