- Promote and demonstrate Estrip products to customers at the store.

- Explain product features, benefits, usage, and key USPs to customers.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.

- Drive product sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Maintain proper product display, visibility, and merchandising at the outlet.

- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with store staff for replenishment.

- Observe competitor products, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.

- Maintain good relationships with store staff and management.

- Conduct product demonstrations and support promotional activities.

- Submit daily sales and activity reports to the reporting manager.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- 6 month to 2 years experience

- Strong customer handling and convincing abilities.

- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

- Basic understanding of retail sales and merchandising.

- English communication skills; knowledge of the local language is preferred.

- Prior experience in retail/modern trade promotion will be an advantage.
