Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering only

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Planning Engineer / Senior Project Planning Engineer with strong experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably for MEP, mechanical, or electrical projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience using Microsoft Project (MSP) and managing project schedules, timelines, resources, and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Plan, monitor, and track project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, and other project teams for planning requirements.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or schedule deviations.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates,



and planning dashboards.
- Support project teams in resource planning and timeline management.
- Ensure effective coordination between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Assist in developing recovery plans where project schedules are impacted.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in Project Planning.
- Experience in MEP planning, Mechanical project planning, or Electrical project planning is preferred.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Robust understanding of project scheduling, timelines, dependencies, and milestone tracking.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering only.
