Project Manager (Techno-Functional)

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager (Techno-Functional) to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project management processes, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to bridge between business and IT. This role is best suited for someone who has worked on IT projects and can effectively manage project activities while aligning business requirements with technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning, coordination, and tracking of project activities from initiation to closure.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT to ensure clear understanding of requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Gather, document, and clarify business requirements with stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Support resource planning, task allocation, and progress tracking across teams.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, RAID logs, and project trackers.
- Ensure timely communication of project updates to stakeholders.




- Follow up with teams to ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and deployment activities.
- Identify potential project risks and escalate issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project (preferred).
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar is an advantage.

Preferred qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in Project Coordination, Business Analysis, PMO, or Project Management.
- Certification in Scrum, Agile, or PMP/CAPM (preferred but not mandatory).
