We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Solar to lead the execution of solar EPC projects in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for managing solar installation projects end-to-end, from planning through commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of solar projects (rooftop and/or ground-mounted) from site handover to commissioning
- - Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
- - Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues, and manage timelines and budgets
- - Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and statutory compliance on site
- - Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to provide regular project status updates




- - Manage procurement and logistics of materials and equipment as needed for project execution
- - Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and completion certificates

Requirements:
- Prior experience executing solar projects is mandatory (non-negotiable)
- - Proven experience managing project execution, site teams, and contractors
- - Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- - Ability to work in office and manage multiple project activities simultaneously
- - Based in or willing to work in Ludhiana

Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, depending on the caliber and experience of the candidate
