Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Project Manager Scrum Master role based in Mysore. The role involves planning, coordinating, and tracking project delivery across AI-enabled POD teams to meet client objectives and timelines.

The Project Manager Scrum

Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage product and sprint backlogs, remove impediments, and support continuous improvement within cross-functional teams. The position includes working closely with engineering, logistics, and inspection stakeholders, aligning project scope with business goals, and communicating progress and risks to clients and internal leadership. The role also requires ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to coordinate Expediting activities across multiple teams.
- Experience as an Expeditor or in Expediting,



ensuring timely delivery of project components and resolving schedule or supply chain conflicts.
- Background in Inspection and quality assurance, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams to verify deliverables meet standards.
- Logistics Management experience, including planning, tracking, and optimizing material and information flows for complex projects.
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting high-performing Agile teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to present clear status updates and risk assessments.
- Ability to work on-site in Mysore, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and coordinate across onshore and offshore teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, or a related field; professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are an advantage.
