Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in .NET, CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 to manage end-to-end technology projects and drive successful delivery across business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, CRM implementation/rollouts, and Microsoft technology projects, along with sufficient technical understanding to work closely with architects and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation and planning through implementation, deployment, and support.
- Lead CRM implementation, enhancement, integration, migration, and rollout projects, preferably involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Manage projects involving .NET / ASP.NET / C#, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource requirements, and dependencies.
- Work closely with Business, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, and external vendors.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and overall delivery health.
- Manage customer and senior stakeholder communication, status reporting, governance,



and escalation management.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
- Coordinate CRM data migration, integrations, testing, UAT, deployment, and production rollout.
- Identify project risks proactively and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage distributed teams and multiple workstreams across the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, governance, and engineering practices.

Required Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technology ecosystem.
- Hands-on/project experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, SQL Server or related technologies.
- Strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM implementations or enterprise CRM projects.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Exposure to Azure services, cloud migration, APIs, integrations, and DevOps is preferred.
- Understanding of CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Power Platform / Power Apps is an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of application architecture, integrations, databases, APIs, SDLC, and deployment processes.

Project Management Skills:




- Strong experience in Agile / Scrum / Waterfall project management.
- Project planning, estimation, resource planning, and delivery governance.
- Risk, issue, dependency, change, and scope management.
- Budget and commercial management.
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Vendor / partner management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or complex enterprise programs.

Preferred Certifications:
- PMP / PRINCE2
- Certified Scrum Master / SAFe
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
- Azure certifications

Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have:
- 10–15 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Project Management / Technical Delivery Management.
- Strong background in .NET / Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience managing CRM / Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- Good exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience managing end-to-end implementation and rollout projects.
- Solid customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and translate business requirements into delivery plans.
