Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager – AI-Led Delivery & Enterprise PMO who can drive complex technology programs while helping the organization adopt AI, automation and modern delivery practices.

This is not a coordination-only role and not a developer role. The ideal candidate will own delivery outcomes, manage multiple workstreams, establish PMO governance and work closely with Product, Engineering and AI teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation Delivery

- Lead enterprise AI, GenAI and agentic automation initiatives from ideation through production, adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to automate project, business and operational workflows using AI.
- Work with Engineering/AI teams to define use cases, target states, roadmaps, adoption plans and success metrics.
- Drive AI tool adoption, governance, guardrails and ROI tracking.
- Build/enable automated status reporting, project updates and delivery insights.

Enterprise PMO & Governance

- Own portfolio/project governance across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Establish project tracking, workflows, dashboards, RAID logs, dependencies and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, change control and stakeholder governance.
- Prepare concise executive-level updates, dashboards and decision-oriented reports.
- Establish scalable PMO processes and ensure adoption across teams.

Cross-functional Product & Technology Delivery

- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Business and AI teams to deliver technology/platform initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into actionable plans,



milestones and delivery outcomes.
- Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure successful releases, UAT, adoption and post-production stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–9 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Technical Program Management or Digital Transformation.
- At least 3 years of ownership/accountability for delivery outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience delivering at least one AI/automation workflow into production.
- Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or equivalent.
- Experience designing or implementing project/workflow tracking systems using Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Monday, Smartsheet, Airtable, Linear or similar tools.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, LLMs, AI agents and workflow automation.
- Strong PMO governance, portfolio management and multi-workstream delivery experience.
- Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- High ownership, initiative and problem-solving ability.

Good to Have
- Hands-on exposure to n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, Airtable, Retool or Glide.
- Light scripting / AI-assisted development experience.
- Exposure to RAG, MCP, agent orchestration, AI evaluation frameworks or similar technologies.
- Experience setting up a PMO or delivery governance function from scratch.
- Experience in Media, OTT, Music, Digital Entertainment or consumer technology.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Protected certification.
