The role is focused on delivery excellence: maintaining project plans, coordinating stakeholders,

Ensure clear project scope, objectives and deliverables are documented and understood.

Track progress against agreed milestones and proactively address delivery risks.

Maintain focus on outcomes, benefits and successful implementation.

Project Governance & Reporting

Establish and maintain effective project governance arrangements.

Manage project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies).

Prepare governance packs, status reports and stakeholder updates.

Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, steering groups and working sessions.

Ensure project decisions, actions and outcomes are accurately documented.

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate cross-functional contributors across OpEX, Product, Technology, Clinical Ops and other business teams.

Manage project communications and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout delivery.

Build effective working relationships with both UK and India-based colleagues.

Support project sponsors in maintaining momentum and resolving issues.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify delivery risks, blockers and dependencies early.

Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner.

Present practical mitigation plans and recommended actions.

Track actions through to resolution and maintain accountability across project teams.

Portfolio Support

Flex across multiple concurrent projects as business priorities evolve.

Support the Head of PMO with portfolio reporting and resource planning activities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, templates and ways of working.

Share lessons learned and best practice across the project community.

Implementation & Handover

Support project testing, implementation and operational readiness activities.

Ensure training, documentation and support materials are completed prior to go-live.

Coordinate transition into business-as-usual operations.

Facilitate post-implementation reviews and lessons learned exercises.

What Good Looks Like

Projects are delivered on time, within scope and with minimal avoidable delay.

Risks and issues are identified early and managed proactively.

Stakeholders have clear visibility of project status and decisions.

Governance forums are efficient, organised and action-oriented.

Cross-functional teams work effectively together to achieve agreed outcomes.

Implemented changes are embedded successfully and transitioned smoothly into operational ownership.

Essential Experience

3-7 years' project management experience within operational, technology, service delivery or business change environments.

Experience working with healthcare, healthtech or other regulated industries.

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.

Experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs and governance reporting.

Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions.

Strong, clear, confident written and verbal English communication skills.

Experience preparing executive and governance updates.

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Desirable Experience

PMO, Project Management or Change Management qualifications (Lean, PMP, Agile PM or equivalent).

Experience within a GCC, shared services or multinational environment.

Exposure to operational improvement, digital transformation or systems implementation projects.

Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Project, Planner, Monday.com or equivalent project management tools.

Experience working across UK and India-based teams.

Person Specification

We're looking for individuals who:

Are highly organised and thrive in quick-paced environments.

Can confidently manage multiple workstreams at the same time.

Take ownership and proactively drive delivery rather than waiting for direction.

Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels, both in India and the UK.

Are comfortable challenging constructively when timelines or deliverables are at risk.

Focus on practical solutions and maintaining momentum.

Enjoy bringing structure, clarity and accountability to complex initiatives.
