Position: Project Management Professional (PMP)

Location: Delhi

Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years Industry Preference: Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Management Professional (PMP) to manage and execute projects efficiently within timelines and budgets. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination, execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and site teams.
- Ensure project delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare MIS/project status reports.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and approvals.




- Handle client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Support procurement and material planning activities for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper manpower utilization and productivity at project sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Project Management / related field.
- PMP Certification will be mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management.
- Strong knowledge of project planning and execution.
- Good understanding of MS Project, Excel, and project tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Solar projects preferred.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Candidate should be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in project sales after PMP Certification.
