- Define and drive delivery governance, estimation strategy, and operational planning practices across programs and portfolios.
- Establish enterprise standards for estimation, planning, scheduling, and delivery management.
- Drive margin improvement and revenue optimization initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Establish governance frameworks for financial performance monitoring, utilization management, and delivery efficiency.
- Define enterprise project execution standards and promote adoption of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies aligned with business objectives and organizational governance.
- Define enterprise metrics, performance measurement frameworks, and operational reporting standards.
- Lead portfolio-level planning, scheduling, forecasting, and delivery governance activities.
- Drive organization-wide initiatives focused on delivery predictability, schedule adherence, and operational excellence.
- Establish resource planning and capacity management strategies to support business growth and delivery commitments.

- Collaborate with various teams and leadership stakeholders to align delivery objectives with organizational goals.
- Establish governance practices that ensure compliance with customer, contractual, regulatory, and organizational audit requirements while maintaining delivery transparency, documentation integrity, and operational readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery maturity, financial performance, resource optimization, and operational excellence.
- Establish best practices for estimation governance, planning discipline, performance management, and delivery execution.
