The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing and digitalizing processes, methods, and tools to improve overall operational performance. - Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Certification in a recognized Project Management program
- 5-10 years of experience, including 3+ years in automobile domain in engineering, project management or related functions.
- Hands on experience in implementing digital solutions using latest AI tools is desirable.
- Project Management skills with experience in Commercial vehicle or Automotive OEM is desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process optimization.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to process improvement.




- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to driving operational excellence.
- To optimize/define new process and methods to drive project management
- Analyze data on process performance, identify causes of inefficiencies, adopt solutions to continuously improve
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align and implement process changes
- To use digital tools, including AI tools, to secure the best possible solutions in the least possible time.
- Ensure processes established are followed in business execution by conducting audits and/or joining established internal forums
