About the Project /n The Ramgarh Livelihood Development Project is a long-term initiative focused on helping girls in Classes 9–12 build the skills, confidence and pathways required to become financially independent. /n The program works with government schools in and around Ramgarh and combines: /n /n

/n /n Our objective is not simply to conduct training programs, but to create measurable improvements in girls' aspirations, capabilities, career choices and eventual livelihoods. /n Roles and Responsibilities /n 1.

Leadership /n /n
- Own day-to-day project delivery and outcomes.

- Convert strategy and plans into effective execution.

- Ensure quality, timelines and targets are met.

Coordination /n /n
- Build relationships with schools, teachers and government officials.

- Coordinate project activities and schedules.

- Ensure school access and smooth program delivery.

- Resolve attendance, infrastructure and coordination issues.

- Conduct regular school visits.

Student
Engagement & Retention /n /n
- Build relationships with participating girls and understand their needs.
/n
- Drive enrolment, attendance and continued participation.
/n
- Identify and support girls at risk of dropping out.
/n
- Expand awareness of education, careers, entrepreneurship and livelihoods.
/n
- Provide ongoing guidance and follow-up.
/n /n 4. Parent & Community Engagement /n /n
- Build trust with parents and families.
/n
- Address barriers to girls' education and career choices.
/n
- Conduct parent and community engagement activities.

- Engage local influencers and stakeholders when needed.
/n /n 5. Team Management /n /n
- Coordinate trainers, counsellors, field staff and partners.

- Clarify responsibilities and monitor performance.

- Conduct regular team reviews and resolve issues.

- Build an accountable, motivated and cooperative team.

- Monitor English, Digital & AI, Career, Soft Skills and Entrepreneurship programs.

- Observe sessions and collect feedback.

- Improve content and delivery with experts and partners.

- Ensure programs are practical and relevant for Classes 9–12.
/n /n 7. Career & Livelihood Outcomes /n /n
- Move career counselling beyond awareness to individual planning.
/n
- Track students' interests, capabilities and aspirations.
/n
- Facilitate exposure to colleges, professionals, employers and entrepreneurs.
/n
- Connect girls with scholarships, courses, internships and jobs.
/n
- Focus on sustainable livelihoods and financial independence.
/n /n 8. Monitoring & Measurement /n /n
- Maintain accurate enrolment, attendance and participation data.
/n
- Track project indicators, assessments and outcomes.
/n
- Use data to identify gaps and improve performance.
/n
- Provide concise monthly progress updates.
/n /n 9. Partner & Stakeholder Coordination /n /n
- Coordinate with Plan International (India Chapter), the Trust and project partners.
/n
- Manage donor, consultant and guest visits.
/n
- Ensure follow-up on agreed actions.
/n
- Support impact documentation while following safeguarding requirements.
/n
- Represent the project professionally with all stakeholders.
