Role & responsibilities :

- Maintain and update project trackers, Excel sheets, dashboards, MIS reports, and progress reports

- Collect project data from Production, Planning, Quality, SCM, Fabrication, Stores, Dispatch, and vendors

- Proactively follow up for pending updates, delays, action points, and required inputs

- Track project progress against plan and highlight delays, gaps, and critical issues

- Maintain project documentation including drawings, BOM, inspection, material, dispatch, and client comment records

- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, GAD comments, client comments, and engineering inputs

- Maintain service records and support service PR generation as required





- Support FG code creation and tracking from isometric drawings and related project documents

- Ensure data accuracy, ownership of assigned tasks, and timely closure of action points

- Support the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, reporting, and execution activities

Preferred candidate profile

- Project coordination / fabrication / mechanical manufacturing / engineering documentation background preferred

- Proficient in MS Excel, data tracking, and drawing reading

- Solid mechanical engineering basics

- AutoCAD knowledge (helpful)
