Role & responsibilities

Plan and oversee new electroplating line installations, expansions, or modifications.

Prepare project schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams for project execution.

Supervise erection, commissioning, and testing of electroplating tanks, rectifiers, and automation systems

Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.

Interact with clients, consultants, and vendors to align project requirements.

Troubleshoot technical issues during project execution and provide solutions.

Maintain technical documentation, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, ISO, and regulatory norms.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.





Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Project Engineer to plan, execute, and oversee electroplating plant engineering and automation projects. The role involves ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, and cost efficiency, while coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering. or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with relevant project execution experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in project execution within the electroplating / surface finishing / automotive manufacturing industry.
