Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Engineer to manage and coordinate engineering projects from planning to final machine delivery. The candidate will coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, Electrical, Assembly, and Customer teams to ensure projects are completed within the planned time, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end execution of SPM and automation projects.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, Assembly, Electrical, and Quality teams.
- Review project requirements, BOM, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Monitor procurement of bought-out and fabricated components.
- Follow up with vendors and internal departments for timely material availability.
- Monitor machine manufacturing, assembly, and project progress.
- Identify project delays and coordinate corrective actions.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain project status reports.




- Coordinate with customers for technical requirements, project updates, and inspections.
- Support machine trial, testing, FAT, and final commissioning.
- Ensure project documentation is completed and maintained properly.
- Coordinate installation and commissioning activities at customer sites when required.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timeline, quality, and cost.
- Resolve technical and coordination issues during project execution.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of SPM / Automation / Machine Manufacturing.
- Ability to understand mechanical drawings, BOM, and technical specifications.
- Positive project planning and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and vendor/customer coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, if required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in SPM, Special Purpose Machines, Industrial Automation, Machine Manufacturing, or Capital Equipment will be preferred.
