Project Analyst

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Analyst to act as a bridge between our overseas clients and internal technology teams. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with developers and QA teams, managing follow-ups, and ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate between international clients and internal technical teams.
- Understand, clarify, and document client requirements.
- Communicate requirements clearly to Developers, QA, UI/UX, and other teams.
- Coordinate client meetings and maintain meeting notes/action items.
- Follow up on requirements, dependencies, updates, and pending clarifications.
- Track client feedback and ensure timely closure.
- Identify communication gaps and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain project documentation and requirement records.

Required Skills
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related technical discipline.
- Good understanding of software development concepts and terminology.




- Basic understanding of web/mobile applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and SDLC.
- Excellent English communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong requirement understanding, coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients and technical teams.

Preferred
- Experience working with US/international clients.
- Experience in a software development/technology company.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Teams, or Slack.
- Experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, MOMs, or requirement documentation.

Significant This is a client-facing technology coordination role, not a software development position. The candidate must have enough technical knowledge to understand client requirements, communicate effectively with developers, and ensure the right information reaches the right person at the right time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
