About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer with 2 to 5 years of expertise in building cloud-native applications and backend services using Golang and AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills, hands-on experience with cloud technologies, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using Golang.
- Build scalable and secure cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
- Develop RESTful APIs and service integrations to support business applications.
- Translate business and technical requirements into robust and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in application design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis for production incidents.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes in AWS environments.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, and automation solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and production-readiness activities.
- Identify project risks and dependencies and proactively drive issue resolution.




- Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in software development and backend application engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Golang development.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
- Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience using Git and version control best practices.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization concepts.
- Experience working in Agile and collaborative development environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
