About Position:

We are looking for an experienced AWS Networking Engineer with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, and Enterprise Security. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, securing, and managing cloud networking environments while ensuring compliance, availability, and operational excellence across enterprise platforms.

What You'll Do:

- Design, implement, and support secure AWS networking solutions for enterprise environments.
- Manage and optimize AWS networking services including VPC, Transit Gateway, Route Tables, Security Groups, NACLs, and Load Balancers.
- Implement and maintain Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) controls and security governance frameworks.
- Assess cloud environments for security risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with cloud architects and engineering teams to design secure and scalable cloud solutions.
- Implement network security controls, firewall policies, segmentation strategies, and access management frameworks.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure, network performance, and security events to ensure operational stability.
- Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives with a focus on security and networking best practices.
- Conduct security reviews, risk assessments, and architecture validations.
- Troubleshoot complex cloud networking, connectivity, and security-related issues.
- Develop automation scripts and reusable infrastructure components to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in production readiness reviews, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams,



security standards, and operational runbooks.
- Identify risks and dependencies early and drive timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security Operations, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams throughout project delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cloud security best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Cloud Networking, Cloud Security, Infrastructure Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and networking services.
- Extensive experience in Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools and practices.
- Strong understanding of AWS networking concepts including VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Route 53, and Load Balancers.
- Experience implementing cloud security controls, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Expertise in network security technologies including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, and Zero Trust principles.
- Experience securing cloud-native applications and enterprise workloads hosted on AWS.
- Knowledge of IAM, identity federation, access control policies, and secrets management.
- Experience with security monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability assessment, and risk remediation.
- Understanding of cloud networking architecture, hybrid cloud connectivity, and multi-cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.




- Experience supporting cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance security, performance, scalability, and business requirements in solution design.
