Experience in development of automotive components through launch phase.

Manage, guide & coordinate a team of functional-product design engineer(s) and/or process engineers.

3.

Communicate & development of new product as per production requirements & customer requirement and standard.

4.

Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

5.

Responsible for complete Exhaust system design & development, handling technical review meeting with customer.

6.

Responsible for making the time plan activities, proto part submission as per customer requirement & design approval.

7.

Review of New Project & engineering change.

8.

Responsible for process sequence & engineering of new assembly line set-up & productivity improvement.

Ability to read drawings and understand and apply GD&T.;

10.

Apply industrial policies and guidelines (Design Improvements, VAVE).

11.

Ability to solve problems on your own as well as work in a team to ensure minimum disruption to project plan, should have practical experience.

12.

Complete knowledge & understanding of Exhaust system and automotive parts.

13.
