Key Responsibilities

- SOP Development & Documentation

- Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for multiple departments and business processes

- Understand departmental workflows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities

- Standardize procedures to ensure operational consistency and compliance

- Implementation & TrainingMonitor the implementation of SOPs and ensure adherence across teams

- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on current and revised SOPs

- Maintain centralized SOP records with proper version control

- Process Improvement & Coordination

- Track process performance and recommend improvements

- Work closely with management to ensure SOPs align with organizational objectives

- Coordinate cross-department activities to ensure smooth functional operations

Key Requirements

- Experience in SOP creation, process management, or program management preferred.
