About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team remotely from India. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of complex engineering, product, and business initiatives as we scale our AI platform. Your expertise will help coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale programs in fast-paced environments. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative AI products that are redefining industry standards and impacting global markets.

Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in technical program or project management roles
- Current experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager




- Robust understanding of software development processes and system architecture
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and leadership teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills
- Experience in fast-paced product organizations with frequent release cycles (weekly or faster)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a bias for action
- Experience working on billing, payments, subscriptions, invoicing, revenue systems, or financial transactions
- Preferred: Experience in payments/fintech companies or owning billing/payment initiatives

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Develop comprehensive program plans, define key milestones, and monitor execution progress
- Manage dependencies, identify risks and blockers, and coordinate efforts across multiple teams
- Drive alignment and collaboration among Engineering, Product, Design, and Business stakeholders
- Lead release planning activities, ensuring timely and high-quality product deliveries
- Track program health using relevant metrics and communicate updates effectively to leadership




- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery predictability
- Ensure that project execution aligns with business priorities and delivers meaningful customer impact

Preferred Skills And Experience

- Experience working at high-scale product companies or startups
- Experience supporting products with large customer bases and multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and modern software development practices
