We are looking for an experienced Program Manager Data & Analytics Modernization to lead large-scale enterprise data transformation and modernization programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex Data & Analytics programs, data platform modernization, cloud migration, and legacy data transformation initiatives. The candidate should possess sufficient technical understanding to engage with data architects and engineering teams on architecture, migration, data quality, performance, governance, and modernization decisions.

The Program Manager will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders, customer leadership, solution architects, data engineering teams, product owners, and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large and complex Data & Analytics transformation programs.
- Manage multiple projects, workstreams, and cross-functional teams across data engineering, architecture, testing, business, and change management.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
- Establish program governance, delivery cadence, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
- Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Drive timely resolution of critical delivery and technical challenges.

Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Serve as the primary interface between customer stakeholders, business teams, technology leadership, architects, and delivery teams.
- Lead steering committees, executive reviews, governance meetings, and program status reviews.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, scope, priorities, escalations, and change requests.




- Translate technical challenges and dependencies into explicit business and executive-level communication.
- Build strong relationships with senior customer and internal leadership.

Data & Technology Program Oversight

- Provide program-level oversight of enterprise Data & Analytics modernization initiatives.
- Understand data architecture, migration approaches, engineering dependencies, and modernization roadmaps.
- Work closely with solution architects and data engineering leads to track technical progress and delivery risks.

- Own program-level budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and utilization.
- Track program financials, delivery metrics, KPIs, and benefits realization.
- Support effort estimation, business case development, capacity planning, and financial planning.
- Manage resource allocation across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
- Ensure adherence to organizational governance, compliance, and delivery standards.

Global & Vendor Management




- Manage globally distributed delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with multiple technology and delivery partners.
- Manage vendor performance, deliverables, dependencies, and escalations.
- Ensure effective collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.

Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing large-scale Data & Analytics programs.
- Proven experience in enterprise data platform modernization, cloud migration, or data transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms and technologies including:

- Snowflake

- Databricks

- Hadoop / Cloudera

- DBT
- Data Warehouse / Data Lake / Lakehouse
- Strong understanding of data migration, data quality, reconciliation, governance, and lineage.
- Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple projects and workstreams.
- Strong program governance, risk, issue, dependency, and change management experience.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, resources, and program KPIs.
- Strong executive stakeholder and customer management experience.
- Experience managing global delivery teams and multi-vendor environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading large-scale legacy-to-cloud data modernization programs.
- Experience with enterprise cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Agile / SAFe / hybrid delivery methodologies.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe or equivalent certification is preferred.
