Work With Dignity® Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit working to make dignity, respect and fairness part of everyday workplace experiences.
We are looking for a Program Coordinator to help us take this work to more organisations and people.
What you’ll do
- Plan and coordinate Ignite Dignity® immersions and programs
- Manage client and stakeholder interactions
- Coordinate schedules, participants, logistics and program delivery
- Create content for LinkedIn and social media
- Maintain program trackers, reports and databases
- Use Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools for everyday work and productivity
What we’re looking for
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Strong coordination and follow-through
- Comfortable working with people and stakeholders
- Positive with Excel / Google Sheets
- Curious and willing to learn and use AI tools
- Interest in social impact, people, workplaces and purpose-driven work
