How you'll make an impact

- Execute test cases for software applications, systems, and platforms to validate functionality and performance.

- Assist in designing and maintaining test scenarios based on defined engineering specifications and business requirements.

- Identify, document, and track defects, working with development teams to support resolution and retesting.

- Analyze test results and report on quality metrics, risks, and issues during testing cycles.

- Maintain accurate testing documentation, including test scripts, results, and reports to support audit and compliance needs.

- Support test planning, scheduling, and execution activities to meet project timelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure alignment on requirements and quality standards.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance testing processes and tools.

- Assist in validating system changes, updates, and enhancements across the application lifecycle.

Required

- 4 -7 years of experience in IT,



software testing, or a related technical field.

- Foundational understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

- Basic knowledge of test case design, execution, and defect tracking.

- Ability to analyze data and test results to identify issues and root causes.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work under close supervision and contribute to team objectives in a structured workplace.

Preferred

- Exposure to automated testing tools or scripting languages.

- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps environments.

- Understanding of application systems, databases, or web/mobile technologies.

- Experience working with test management or defect tracking tools.

- Basic knowledge of regulatory or quality standards in healthcare or MedTech environments.

- Ability to support multiple projects and manage priorities.
