Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Department: Production Designation: Production Site Supervisor Reporting To: Production Engineer / Operations Head Industry: Elevator & Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Production Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at the production/fabrication site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, monitoring production work, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating material requirements, and ensuring that production activities are completed as per planned schedules. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in fabrication, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or elevator-related production work and should be comfortable working at a production site.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production and fabrication activities at the site. Allocate work to workers/fabricators and monitor their daily productivity. Ensure production work is completed according to drawings, measurements, specifications, and timelines.

Coordinate with the Production Engineer regarding production planning and technical requirements. Monitor fabrication, cutting, welding, drilling, assembly, finishing, and related production activities. Check dimensions, alignment, finishing, and overall quality of fabricated components.

Ensure proper use and handling of production tools, machinery, and equipment. Monitor availability and usage of raw materials, components, and consumables. Inform the Production Engineer/management about material shortages or production requirements.

Maintain daily production records and report work progress. Identify production delays, quality issues, or technical problems and coordinate for timely resolution. Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the production site.

Ensure workers follow required safety procedures and PPE requirements . Coordinate with stores, purchase, design, installation, and other departments whenever required. Ensure finished components are properly checked, prepared, and handed over for the next stage.

Monitor wastage of materials and take steps to minimize unnecessary material consumption. Maintain discipline and proper attendance of production workers.



Perform any other production-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Fabrication, or a related technical field preferred. Practical experience in production, fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial equipment . Knowledge of basic fabrication processes such as welding, cutting, drilling, grinding, and assembly.

Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements. Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, materials, and production processes. Good manpower handling and supervision skills.

Candidates with robust practical experience in fabrication and manpower supervision may also be considered.ineers and different departments. Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Basic computer knowledge for maintaining production records is preferred. Strong focus on quality, productivity, safety, and timely completion of work.

Experience Preferred: 2–5 years of experience in production/fabrication supervision, preferably in the elevator, industrial equipment, engineering, or metal fabrication industry .
