Role Description The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations on-site at the Ludhiana facility in a full-time capacity. This role includes monitoring production lines, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and coordinating resources to meet quality and output targets. The supervisor will lead and guide production staff, assign tasks, and promote safe working practices in line with company policies.

Responsibilities also include introducing and tracking production metrics, resolving operational issues, collaborating with maintenance and quality teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.



The role requires regular reporting to management on production status, challenges, and opportunities for efficiency improvements while maintaining digital assets and reports for compliances and growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills with experience in leading and motivating production teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Candidates should possess Production Management capabilities, including resource allocation and monitoring output and quality.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and cross-functional departments.
- Digitally sound, well versed with softwares like google sheets, microsoft excel, word, powerpoint etc. Familiar with research based internet browsing.
- Relevant 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering environments, preferably automotive or component production.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and basic lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage shift-based operations, and handle time-sensitive production demands.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
