About role /n To lead centralized PPC, ensuring production across plants is aligned with sales orders, dispatch requirements, raw-material availability, inventory targets, and overall business priorities. /n Responsibilities /n /n

- Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for all plants.

/n

- Consolidate plant-wise production capacity, schedules, and requirements.

/n

- Coordinate with Plant Heads, Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Dispatch teams.

/n

- Monitor Plan vs.

Actual

Production, yield, rejection, downtime, and capacity utilization.

/n

- Plan billet/raw-material requirements and monitor inventory levels across plants.

/n

- Align production plans with sales orders, stock levels, and dispatch priorities.

/n

- Identify production gaps, bottlenecks, and risks and drive timely corrective actions with plant teams.

/n





- Monitor finished-goods inventory and optimize stock across locations.

/n

- Prepare and present PPC MIS and performance dashboards to senior management.

/n

- Drive improvements in productivity, inventory control, yield, and overall manufacturing efficiency.

/n /n Qualifications /n B.E./B.Tech. – Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering preferred /n Required Skills /n /n

- Strong understanding of TMT bar manufacturing and operations.

/n

- Excellent planning, analytical, coordination, and decision-making skills.

/n

- Robust MS Excel/ERP/MIS knowledge.

/n

- Ability to manage PPC across multiple plants and work closely with senior management.
