Production Planning Executive / Officer – Pharma Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per business requirements.

- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production.

- Check RM/PM availability and coordinate with relevant teams to avoid production delays.

- Plan production batches based on material availability, machine capacity, manpower, and production priorities.

- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of batches.

- Coordinate with manufacturing teams regarding batch planning, changeovers, and production timelines.

- Track production status and identify any shortages, delays, or bottlenecks.

- Maintain production planning reports, MIS, and daily production updates.

- Ensure production plans are aligned with inventory and dispatch requirements.

- Follow GMP, SOPs,



and pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with the manufacturing team to optimize capacity utilization and production efficiency.

Required Skills:

- Experience in Production Planning / PPC / Pharma Manufacturing.

- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and batch planning.

- Solid coordination and communication skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and production planning/MIS reports.

- Ability to manage multiple production schedules and meet deadlines.

- Experience in coordinating material availability and manufacturing timelines.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
