Role Description The Production Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Ghaziabad.

The Production

Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including planning production schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring timely completion of orders. This role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, and quality teams to maintain product standards and optimize workflow.

Manager will monitor machine performance, manage maintenance priorities, and implement process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.



The role also includes supervising production staff, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and control skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in hydraulic, electrical, or material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices, process improvement methodologies, and safety standards.
- Ability to lead and supervise production teams, with skills in performance management and staff training.
- Proficiency in using production-related software, basic MS Office tools, and maintaining operational documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, or other continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Indian industrial regulations and compliance requirements related to production and workplace safety.
