Hiring: Production & Operations Executive (Fresher – BBA) | Vadodara

Kirti Filtration & Automation is a manufacturer of non-woven filter bags, filter cages & woven filter bags and is looking for a BBA fresher to join our operations team.

What you'll do

1. Maintain and update job cards for production orders
2. Coordinate production scheduling across machines and orders
3. Handle dispatch documentation (invoices, e-way bills, packing lists) and coordinate with transporters
4. Assist in raw material purchase — follow up with vendors, track deliveries, maintain purchase records
5. Work closely with the production floor to track order status and resolve delays

We're looking for

- BBA graduate (2024/2025 batch or recent)
- Strong in Excel (VLOOKUP, basic data tracking) will train on ERP/Tally if needed
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with follow-ups (vendors, transporters,



floor staff)
- Willing to spend time on the shop floor, not just a desk job this is a hands-on operations role
- Any internship/project exposure to a factory, warehouse, or supply chain setting is a plus (not mandatory)
