The AdCafe (TAC) is Hiring: Freelance Production Manager The AdCafe (TAC) is looking for an experienced Freelance Production Manager with 5–10 years of experience to manage and coordinate medium to large-scale shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate end-to-end shoot production.
- Coordinate with makeup artists, stylists, models, talent agencies, studios, photographers, vendors, and production teams.
- Manage shoot schedules, locations, logistics, and on-ground requirements.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between all stakeholders.
- Handle multiple production requirements while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Be professional, proactive, organised, and efficient in managing shoots independently.

Compensation: Project-based and dependent on the scope and project budget, with competitive pay aligned with current market standards.
