PRODUCTION MANAGER
- Experience: 57 Years in Wires & Cables Manufacturing
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Production / Polymer)
- Core Role: Oversee complete wire/cable plant operations, manage manpower, and drive daily/monthly target achievements efficiently.
Role & responsibilities
- Plan production schedules, manage shop-floor resources, and optimize raw material usage.
- Enforce BIS/IS quality standards, safety norms, and active cost/waste reduction.
- Direct preventive maintenance, track machine utilization, and generate MIS reports.
- Lead production teams and coordinate closely with Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch.
Preferred candidate profile
- Robust expertise in cable manufacturing workflows, quality protocols, and team leadership.
- Proven ability to optimize processes, handle plant pressure, and meet tight schedules.
