Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Supervise production staff and allocate work.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and other departments.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Textile or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in textile/garment production.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Pay: ₹10,126.41 - ₹25,407.50 per month
