Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician with 1–3 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for electronic assembly, soldering, testing, programming, troubleshooting, and ensuring products meet defined quality standards.

Key Skills

- Soldering – Through-hole and basic SMD soldering
- Testing – PCB and electronic product testing
- Programming – Programming/flashing of electronic boards
- Basic electronic circuit and component knowledge
- PCB assembly and rework
- Basic troubleshooting and fault finding
- Familiarity with multimeter and other electronic testing instruments
- Knowledge of ESD handling and precautions
- Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and work instructions
- Good attention to detail and quality orientation

Educational Qualification




- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or related discipline
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in electronics production may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing/production.
- Experience in soldering, PCB testing, programming, assembly, and rework.
- Ability to work in a production workplace and meet daily targets.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
