Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Executive to manage daily production activities, manpower, quality, materials, and production targets while ensuring timely order completion.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution

- Monitor daily production activities.
- Achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor cutting, stitching, finishing and packing.
- Track production output and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve production issues.

Manpower Management

- Allocate manpower as per production requirements.
- Supervise tailors, operators, masterji and helpers.
- Monitor employee productivity.
- Maintain discipline and smooth workflow.

Quality Control

- Ensure production as per approved samples and specifications.
- Monitor stitching, measurements and finishing.
- Reduce defects, rejection and rework.
- Take corrective action on quality issues.

Material & Machine Management

- Coordinate with Stores for required materials.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate machine maintenance and breakdowns.




- Ensure proper machine utilization.

Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain daily production records and MIS.
- Track planned vs. actual production.
- Report production status to Management.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Design, Merchandising and Purchase teams.

Process Improvement

- Improve production efficiency and workflow.
- Reduce wastage and rework.
- Support production SOP implementation.

Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Textile, Garment, Apparel or Production Management preferred.
- Relevant practical experience will also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,126.41 - ₹20,000.00 per month
