Job Purpose To support day-to-day production activities in the MB Kitchen department, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations while maintaining product quality, process discipline, safety, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth execution of production plans.

2. Monitor production processes and operating parameters as per defined process standards.

3. Support the Production team in maintaining required quality and process specifications.

4. Assist in preparation, handling, and monitoring of chemicals/raw materials used in the production process.

5. Ensure proper measurement, mixing, and handling of materials as per approved formulations and work instructions.

6. Maintain production records, batch records, process parameters, and other required documentation.

7. Coordinate with the Quality, R&D;, Maintenance, and Stores teams for smooth production operations.

8. Identify and report process deviations, quality issues, equipment abnormalities, or material-related concerns to the supervisor.

9. Follow all SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.

Assist in troubleshooting basic process-related issues under the guidance of senior team members.

11. Support housekeeping, 5S, and workplace safety activities within the production area.

12. Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and production materials as per safety guidelines.

13. Support productivity, waste reduction, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

14. Perform any other production-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.

- Basic knowledge of chemical processes and manufacturing operations.

Preferred Qualification

- Diploma in Chemical Engineering

- B.Tech./B.E. in Chemical Engineering

- B.Sc. in Chemistry
