Position: Production Engineer Railway

Urgent Requirement – Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for experienced Production Engineers with strong knowledge of railway sheet-metal fabrication and manufacturing to supervise END TO END production for Railway Rolling Stock and Infrastructure projects.

Qualification & Experience

- B.tech/M.tech in Mechanical / Production
- 4-9 years of SUPERVISORY experience
- Railway / Rolling Stock experience MANDATORY

Key Responsibilities

- OWN THE PROCESS!
- Supervise design, material processing, assembly and fabrication.
- Manage day-to-day production of railway rolling stock and infrastructure components.
- Ensure production as per engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Supervise production workers, fabricators,



welders and quality teams.
- Identify and resolve shop-floor production issues.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of sheet-metal manufacturing and fabrication processes.
- Practical knowledge of Railway Rolling Stock components.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Valuable understanding of welding, fabrication and assembly.
- Strong shop-floor supervision and problem-solving skills.
