Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer (Electrical) to oversee and optimize electrical manufacturing processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting electrical systems, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor electrical production processes to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Supervise manufacturing of electrical panels, control systems, wiring assemblies, or electrical equipment.
- Analyze production workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues in production equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with design, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth production operations.
- Maintain documentation related to production schedules, electrical drawings, and technical reports.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Train technicians and operators on electrical systems and production procedures.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical manufacturing or production workplace.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, and industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of PLC, electrical panels, motors, and wiring systems.
- Familiarity with electrical drawings and schematics.

Work Environment
- Manufacturing or industrial production facility.
- May require working with electrical machinery and production equipment.
- Occasionally required to work extended hours to meet production deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
