Role Description The Production Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes run safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

The Production

Engineer will plan and schedule production, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and monitor equipment performance to reduce downtime.

Responsibilities include implementing process improvements, maintaining documentation, supporting quality control measures, and troubleshooting production issues. The role also requires close collaboration with supervisors,



technicians, and management to meet output targets and optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Production Engineering skills, including knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify root causes, and drive process improvements.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Production Planning for scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Candidates should possess foundational Quality Control skills to ensure compliance with standards and product specifications.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with production teams and reporting to management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in consumer electronics or similar manufacturing environments, along with knowledge of safety standards and lean manufacturing principles, is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain attention to detail, and use basic production and reporting software tools is preferred.
