Role Description The Production Drawing Draughtperson is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves preparing detailed production drawings for decorative lighting products, translating design concepts into accurate technical specifications for manufacturing. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with design and production teams, updating drawings based on feedback, and ensuring that all documentation aligns with quality and safety standards.

The role also requires tracking changes to designs,



supporting production planning with transparent technical information, and contributing to continuous improvement of drawing and documentation processes.

Qualifications

- Production Planning and Production Management skills to convert designs into efficient, scalable manufacturing processes.
- Quality Control skills to ensure drawings meet product standards, safety requirements, and consistency in production.
- Strong Communication skills for collaborating with designers, engineers, and production staff and documenting requirements clearly.
- Proficiency in CAD or similar drafting software, with attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Design, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to interpret design briefs, read technical specifications, and work systematically to meet deadlines.
- Experience in lighting manufacturing environments is an advantage.
