Production Architect

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Architect with 10–15 years of strong construction and technical architecture experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing detailed working drawings, construction documentation, technical detailing, and coordination with site/project teams. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, while experience with Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.

This is a technical and production-focused role, requiring a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, drawings, detailing, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, details,



and other technical drawings required for construction.
- Prepare and coordinate GA drawings, detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, technically feasible, and aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, faade, interior, and other project disciplines.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies, clashes, and constructability issues.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, vendors, contractors, and project managers for smooth execution.
- Interpret design concepts and convert them into detailed, buildable construction drawings.
- Provide technical solutions related to construction details, materials, finishes, and execution.
- Conduct drawing reviews and incorporate comments/revisions within project timelines.
- Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, specifications, and project requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing/document control and ensure timely issuance of revised drawings.
- Support the project team during the construction phase with necessary technical clarifications.




- Review drawings received from consultants, contractors, and vendors for technical accuracy and coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with strong construction/project execution exposure.
- Construction experience is mandatory.
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD – mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of architectural working drawings and construction detailing.
- Good understanding of construction materials, methods, specifications, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and other technical drawings.
- Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and site/project teams.
- Revit/BIM knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify technical/design discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple drawings/projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in AEC, architecture, construction, engineering consultancy, design-build, or project execution environments will be preferred.

Experience handling large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, institutional, or mixed-use projects will be an added advantage.
