Role Description The Product Operations Intern will support daily product-related activities that help ensure smooth functioning of Digistall’s e-commerce platform. This internship role, which is remote, includes assisting product specialists with data collection, product listing updates, and documentation of product features and workflows. The intern will help monitor platform performance, track user issues, and coordinate with customer service and sales teams to address operational challenges.

Responsibilities also include preparing simple reports, analyzing user feedback, and communicating findings to the product and operations teams.



The intern will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, learn core e-commerce processes, and contribute to improving the overall product experience for rural users.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess product-related understanding and an interest in supporting Product Specialists in operational tasks.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clearly document issues and updates.
- Candidates should possess a customer-oriented mindset with foundational Customer Service skills to understand and relay user needs.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales awareness to support product positioning and understand how product operations impact revenue.
- Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in e-commerce, rural development, or technology-driven social impact is highly beneficial.
