Role Description The Product Operations Associate Internship is a remote role supporting day-to-day product and operational activities at College Circle AI. Interns will help coordinate product experiments and pilots with partner institutions, track and organize feedback from students and educators, and maintain documentation on product features, workflows, and processes. They will work closely with product and engineering teams to streamline operations, support release planning, and ensure smooth execution of new initiatives.

The role also involves analyzing usage data,



identifying operational bottlenecks, preparing reports for stakeholders, and assisting with cross-functional projects that improve the overall product experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Product Operations and Product Management skills to support experimentation, feature rollout, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights for product and operations teams.
- Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with students, faculty, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and ensure operational tasks are completed on schedule.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high ownership and attention to detail.
- Interest in education, AI-driven learning tools, and student-centric product development.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documentation platforms, task management tools).
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program (e.g., business, engineering, data, education, or related fields) is preferred but not mandatory.
