Product Development & Strategic Sourcing Executive

Location: Noida, Sector-2

Experience: 2–4 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Research and identify new products in home furnishing, furniture, décor and lifestyle categories.

Find and develop new vendors, suppliers and manufacturers.

Collect quotations and compare price, quality, MOQ and delivery timelines.

Negotiate prices and commercial terms with vendors.

Coordinate product samples, costing and finalization.

Source packaging materials, store/office requirements and other company needs.

Conduct vendor, factory and market visits when required.

Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.

- Present suitable options and recommendations to management.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Product Sourcing, Procurement, Purchase or Vendor Development.

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Robust market research and vendor sourcing ability.

Candidate should be proactive, independent and willing to travel when required.

Pay: ₹25,996.06 - ₹28,960.37 per month
